We purchased this bed for our daughter's room so that we could use it as a guest bed for when my parents visit. The overall look of the bed is very nice. It is much higher off the ground then I was expecting (about a foot higher than a normal bed) but my daughter loves using her step stool to get on it. The only thing that I am disappointed with is the panel that is above the draws on the trundle bed. It is only held in by a few pegs and if you try to open the trundle bed by pulling on the panel you will break it. You have to open one of the bottom draws and pull from the top of the draw. Within about 15 minutes my daughter realized she could step on the flimsy piece to hop into bed and I could tell it was about to break. What we have done is taken the piece off and put it into her closet until she is older and we are going to purchase a bed skirt and put it on the top of the bottom bed to hide the mattress, as well as we have the bed in the middle of the room with the headboard against the wall and the back side of the bottom bed is pretty ugly and looks weird so with the bed skirt it will look more like a normal bed. I searched everywhere for the perfect trundle bed and I still am happy we choose this one.The last thing to warn you is that the bed does not come built, my husband and my dad had no problem putting it together [...]

Excellent customer service. When it arrived, the headboard color was way off from the rest of the bed. Home and Bedroom took care of contacting the manufacturer for me and had a replacement headboard shipped. This one matches perfectly! Definitely would buy from them again!

We bought this bed for our two year old son. WE love that it had a trundle (for future sleep overs) as well as drawers. It is very "fancy" looking and made well. The only problem that we had is on the side that you can't see, it is just a whole. We tried to purchase more drawers to go on the other side that was just a whole, but were told it was the drawers wouldn't fit because the trundle on the other side was too big. Our son loves the bed, but it is high. We got a three tiered stool so that he can climb in and out of the bed himself.
