Verified Purchaser		 3.0 Good mattress, beware of chemical smell
Comments:
The mattress is very comfortable and I'm already sleeping without tossing and turning after only 4 nights. I'm able to sleep through the night on my back for the first time. The downside was that it took about 3 weeks for the mattress to sufficiently off-gas (release the chemical smell) before it could be slept on. We kept it in a spare room for the first three weeks with windows open and a fan running. It was not sleep-able during those weeks because the chemical caused dizziness and throat irritation when I attempted to sleep on it. The smell is greatly reduced. I still have windows open because the nights have been cool and so far no throat irritation.

Service Comments:
Delivery was fine. Product came compressed in a "duffel bag" in good condition.
BOTTOM LINE: Good mattress, beware of chemical smell
