We use the bed as a separate/refuge/guest bed. I like the styling and color. The length was a bit longer than advertised and since we had a 10 x 10 room to fit it in, it was a challenge. We wound up having to manually shave off wood from one end to get it so the door to the room could close. It still works, but barely. We wound up having to order the metal support bottom twice. The factory in China must not have good quality control as the first one was bent so bad it couldn't be assembled. Be sure to read the directions and be careful of orientation--it can be a bit tricky...

Service Comments:
The delivery was relatively prompt, but it was in poor condition when it arrived. I didn't notice it right away until I started putting it together. It was a bit of a hassle to get another one delivered and I was put in the middle of the delivery company and H&B trying to make sure I got a replacement. In the end it all worked out, but it took a long time--about a month or so! Customer service was polite.
