We are using the daybed in a sunroom for seating and for overflow guest beds. I was amazed at how easy assembly was and how well engineered parts were.

Comments:
Daybed will be used in teenager's bedroom. Trundle is ideal for sleepovers. Plus spacesaver in room. Assembly was easy.

Service Comments:
Order was backordered and had to wait additional 1-2 months. Delivery tracking was difficult to ascertain, had to call several locations to find out where items where. Once located items were delivered within 6 hours.

Comments:
The bed is beautiful - I'm very happy with how it looks. One of the pieces did arrive bent, but it wasn't worth the hassle of sending it back so we hammered it back into place. It was relatively easy to assemble. If you're going to use the pop-up trundle to make one bed, make sure you get an egg crate or something to go over the top because you can feel the crack. That said, I find the bed very comfortable, pretty, and luxuriously large.

Service Comments:
Delivery took a couple of weeks. One piece arrived bent. To get a new one I would have to send it back and then wait to get a new one, when I would have preferred to get a replacement piece and then send back the bent piece so that I could at least set up the bed in the meantime.
