Purchased this product for use in the apartment I live in. The product provides efficient storage space which is perfect for the small rooms generally associated with apartments. The color scheme and the wood of the platfrom is generally good. It takes a long time to assemble the bed and storage draws. If they screws aren't tightened properly, then the bed is somewhat flimsy. Overall, I am happy and satisfied by this product.
Service Comments:
Delivery was prompt. Every piece was in good condition except for one drawer side piece. The piece of wood was deformed. However, even after a few months (when I finally needed to utilize the drawer) I placed an order to recieve the new piece of wood. They did not charge me and the customer service was extremely pleasant and efficient.
