It also looks elegant. Service Comments: I waited about three weeks to get my mattress. A guy called me few days before they deliver the mattress with cold tone. I asked if they were delivering in the morning or afternoon, so I could arrange my work schedule, he said I would be told a day before the scheduled delivering date. My product arrived in good condition, it was well wrapped. However, the deliver guys just throw the mattress on my bed, and actually demanged the back of the mattress and my slatted bed base. I am very unhappy about this. The deliver guys didn't even say sorry BOTTOM LINE: Good product[...]

5.0 It pays to get quality

Comments:
My wife and I had a queen-size Simmons Beautyrest for 15 years and loved it. Two years ago, we "got a deal" on a king size bed and mattress. We love the bed but the mattress turned out to be too soft and left impressions all the time. So we decided to get another beautyrest. I was surprised that there were a lot of negative reviews on the net but so far, it is exactly what we were looking for. Firm support with a soft top layer of foam. The price on Home and Bedroom was th best we found. Throw in the free sheets [...] and it was a great deal.

Service Comments:
Delivery was slower than we expected but it was primarily due to the unusual snowstorms in back-to-back weeks that kept most of the delivery trucks from doing their jobs. Total time from order to delivery was about 3.5 weeks. Probably would have been less than 2 weeks if it weren't for the storms. The good news is that the delivery personell were very professional and did a great job.

BOTTOM LINE: It pays to get quality
